2002: Moving to a New Facility
In 2002 the company moves into its current headquarters. The building accommodates a growing office staff, which reaches thirty-eight in 2002 and doubles within the next decade. The new facility includes state-of-the-art archival storage and processing areas, with temperature- and humidity-controlled rooms that enable History Associates to store and process client records onsite. The company provides clients with physical access to their records through a reading room and offers reference, research, digital imaging, and courier capabilities.
