Using Historical Research to Make Your Case: A Survey of Key Federal Records

This presentation provides an overview of the types of federal government records that can be useful to environmental practitioners and how to find them.

This presentation illustrates the value of historical research to environmental law practitioners. We will provide an overview of how to conduct historical research (hint: it involves more than a Google search) and examine some of the key types of documents that can be dispositive in environmental cases.
