At CureSearch-National Childhood Cancer Foundation she was responsible for day-to-day facility operations, including office services, mailings, conference room and AV coordination, security, and internal office moves. She identified and performed data entry for all public financial donations and supported development and communications staff with event planning and research projects.

After college, she worked as a Legal Assistant at the Washington, D.C., office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where she was promoted to supervise a department of 72 entry level and lateral legal assistants.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. She is a Maryland Notary Public and a member of the American Copy Editors Society.
