Halley Fehner

Historian Halley Fehner conducts historical and litigation research. Her project experience includes researching local site histories, historic land use, and the corporate and environmental history of war-era defense contractors. She has also performed image research for museums and contributed to the development of interpretive plans for Civil War battlefields.

Ms. Fehner graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a BA in history and English, and she is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Alpha Theta. She received the David Beers Quinn History Award in 2008 and the Alison Quinn Award in History in 2007. Ms. Fehner also studied abroad at the Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies in Oxford, England.
