Andrew Simpson
Historian Andrew Simpson conducts historical, museum, and litigation research. His project experience includes content and image research for presidential libraries and museums, investigating the historical background surrounding collections of looted art, and targeted research to secure Navy publications.
Mr. Simpson graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University with BA degrees in history and American studies. He also holds an MA in history from The George Washington University. Mr. Simpson previously worked in the on-line reference database division of publisher Facts On File, Inc. and served as tutor in a variety of subjects for students in Northern Virginia. His article "Schooling J. Edgar: The Shaping of Hoover's Legal Philosophy at The George Washington University" was recently published in The Intelligencer: The Journal of U.S. Intelligence Studies.
